Our client a leading Telecom giant in Saudi Arabia is actively seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead their Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing function within mission-critical telecom programs. This senior-level role is key to ensuring end-to-end quality governance across digital platforms applications and infrastructure layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the test strategy planning and execution across telecom platforms.
  
• Manage a team of QA engineers and test leads to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define test scope environment and schedules.
  
• Oversee functional integration regression performance and UAT testing phases.
  
• Establish test metrics defect tracking and continuous improvement frameworks.
  
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards SLAs and customer expectations.
  
• Work closely with delivery and development managers to embed quality in every stage.
  
• Champion automation frameworks and drive test modernization initiatives.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Strong background in software quality assurance and testing within telecom or large enterprise environments.
  
• Experience managing QA teams and vendors in large-scale IT/telecom programs.
  
• Hands-on expertise in test lifecycle management test tools and automation.
  
• Solid understanding of telecom networks BSS/OSS systems and digital channels.
  
• Excellent leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  
• ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
  
• Transferable Iqama
