Job Description
Business Acumen Understand NFP business environment and objectives. Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
Communication Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NAPCO.
Language Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
Planning & Organizing Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
Technological Ability Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
Condition Monitoring Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
Corrective Maintenance Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.

Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
Predictive Maintenance Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.

Quality Control Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
