Role Description This full-time on-site role as a 12 NPCL Laborers position is based in Jeddah and involves supporting daily operations on project sites. Responsibilities include performing general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, assisting skilled workers, cleaning and preparing work areas, and moving equipment as directed. Laborers may help with basic construction activities, site setup, and routine maintenance, following instructions from supervisors and adhering to project schedules. The role requires following all safety rules, wearing appropriate protective equipment, and reporting hazards or incidents promptly. Team members are expected to be punctual, work effectively with others, and complete assigned tasks efficiently throughout each shift.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of site safety practices and willingness to follow safety instructions and use personal protective equipment.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the capacity to follow directions and work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision once trained.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to changing work assignments or schedules as needed.
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or industrial settings is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to communicate basic information clearly with supervisors and coworkers; familiarity with local language(s) is an advantage.
