Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Transformation Consultant to support an SAP S/4HANA transformation programme in the aviation sector. The candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise data transformation, Oracle Fusion data structures, SAP S/4HANA master and transactional data, data profiling, cleansing, mapping and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse source-system data from Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
  Profile, cleanse, validate and transform master and transactional data for SAP S/4HANA.
  Define source-to-target data mapping and transformation rules.
  Work with business and technical teams to understand data entities, structures and dependencies.
  Perform data quality assessments and identify data gaps, duplicates and inconsistencies.
  Use SQL and data analysis techniques to validate and investigate data issues.
  Support data governance, reconciliation and validation activities.
  Maintain mapping specifications, transformation rules and data quality documentation.
  Coordinate with migration and functional teams to ensure data readiness for implementation.

Required Skills:

• Experience in data transformation for ERP implementation or transformation programmes.
  Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data entities and extracts.
  Understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data and transactional data.
  Strong experience in data profiling, cleansing, mapping and validation.
  Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
  Knowledge of data governance, data quality and reconciliation.
  Ability to collaborate with functional, technical and data migration teams.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8 12 years of relevant experience.
  Minimum 2 full-cycle ERP implementations.
  Experience in enterprise data transformation projects.
  SAP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Advantage:

• Experience with Oracle Fusion-to-SAP transformation or migration programmes.
