Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. (صيدليات الدواء) is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Pharmacist is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications and cosmetics, ensuring patient safety through appropriate dosing and interaction checks. This role involves direct patient communication, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications and cosmetics to patients.
• Assess physician orders (prescriptions) for appropriate dosing, potential drug interactions, and allergies, taking action to resolve or communicate potential problems.
• Contribute to internal and/or external educational or performance enhancement programs.
• Prepare periodical orders from the main warehouse for all required items in the pharmacy.
• Monitor stock status for all pharmacy items according to company policies and procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and report all orders from the main warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
• Communicate and educate customers about products.
• Provide counseling for patients and customers regarding their specific needs.
• Automate pharmacy activities according to company policies and procedures, where applicable.
• Supervise subordinates in all activities related to pharmacy practice.
• Adhere to Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health rules and regulations.
• Cooperate with management to implement company strategies.
• Report any non-compliance with company quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience.
• Full awareness of pharmacy management and tasks.
• Knowledge of the working rules and regulations of Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company.
