The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven General Manager to lead the development and expansion of what will become the Middle East s leading automotive protection and premium car care group.

This is a build-and-scale leadership mandate, not a conventional management role. We are looking for an established industry professional who combines extensive technical expertise with the commercial vision, entrepreneurial drive and hands-on leadership capability to build a high-performing, scalable business.

The Mandate

You will take ownership of the division s development, from establishing operational infrastructure and building a capable team to driving commercial growth and expanding the group s regional presence.

Key responsibilities will include:

Business Development: Winning new business, developing strategic partnerships and establishing relationships with dealerships, automotive groups and premium vehicle owners.

Business Set-Up & Scaling: Establishing operational processes, facilities, systems and service standards to support sustainable expansion.

Technical Ability: Driving quality and consistency across PPF installation, detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings and associated protection services.

Leadership & Training: Recruiting, training and developing technical, operational and commercial teams.

Commercial Performance: Taking accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Ideal Candidate

Extensive hands-on experience in automotive protection and car care is an absolute prerequisite.

We are specifically seeking a candidate currently operating in a leadership or management role within the PPF, detailing or premium automotive care industry.
