Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Electrical Engineer role based in Jiddah. The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing electrical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, coordinating power distribution layouts, and overseeing power system configuration. The role involves working closely with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of project plans. The Senior Electrical Engineer will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, participate in site inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support commissioning and maintenance activities.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including applied Electricity and electrical principles.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design, covering schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Power Distribution systems for commercial or industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of Power Systems, including protection, reliability, and load flow considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in an engineering or construction environment, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Familiarity with international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, local regulations).
• Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to safety and quality.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering design and calculation software; CAD experience is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
