• Communicate professionally with customers in Arabic and understand their requirements.

• Identify the correct spare parts according to vehicle brand, model, year, and part number.

• Assist customers in finding suitable spare parts for Chinese vehicles.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide prices, and prepare quotations.

• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to increase sales.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team to confirm product availability.

• Prepare sales quotations and invoices and maintain accurate sales records.

• Record lost sales when requested spare parts are unavailable.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Learn new products, part numbers, and vehicle models to improve sales performance.
  

  Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate / Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.

  • Arabic Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently.

  • Gulf Experience: Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or another Gulf country is mandatory.

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is required, preferably in automotive spare parts trading.

  • Automotive Knowledge: Good knowledge of car spare parts, especially Chinese brands such as Changan, Geely, Haval, MG, and Chery.

  • Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers in Arabic and understand their needs.

  • Product Identification: Familiarity with spare part names, part numbers, vehicle models, and product identification.

  • Quick Learner: Must be able to learn new products, spare part numbers, company procedures, and ERP or sales systems quickly.

  • Sales Skills: Good negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

  • Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate sales records and perform basic data entry.

  • Must be honest, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with previous experience in automotive spare parts sales in Saudi Arabia, particularly those familiar with Chinese car brands and the local spare parts market, will be given preference. Candidates who can identify the correct parts using part numbers and vehicle models, communicate confidently with Arabic-speaking customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets are highly encouraged to apply.
