• Clinic setup is free. No monthly subscription fees until your clinic generates its first revenue at least three times the subscription price.
• Consultations according to your schedule: You set the appointments and fees yourself, without any commission for MEDirect from them.
• Care programs designed by your expertise: You determine their content, duration, and prices to maintain your relationship with patients beyond the first visit.
• Interconnected services: Virtual consultations, visit documentation, prescriptions, lab requests and home sample collection, radiology services, pharmacy services, home delivery, and follow-up, depending on the services available to your clinic.
• Products and selections: Products bearing your name and others chosen from various brands, with sales and returns based on the product category, approved sales mechanism, applicable regulatory controls, and agreed-upon terms.
• Procedures and surgical operations: Coordinating operating room bookings and arrangements with hospitals and clinics to link virtual care with procedures and surgeries, subject to service availability, procedure speed, and fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
