Our client is a growing FMCG coffee company in Saudi Arabia. Their products are sold in supermarkets, cafés, and online across the Kingdom & GCC. The business is growing fast, and the team needs someone organized and accurate to keep their data clean and up to date.

The Role

This is an in-person position in Riyadh, KSA. You will be responsible for entering, checking, and updating company data every day. This includes sales orders, invoices, stock levels, and customer information. Your work helps the sales, warehouse, and finance teams do their jobs well.

What You Will Do

• Enter sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes into the company system

• Update stock and inventory records after each delivery or stock count

• Keep customer and supplier details (names, numbers, addresses) correct and up to date

• Check data for mistakes and fix them before they cause problems

• Prepare simple daily and weekly reports in Excel for the team

• Scan, file, and organize documents (paper and digital)

• Work with the sales, warehouse, and accounts teams when information is missing

• Support with other admin tasks when needed

What We Are Looking For

Must have:

• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)

• Good English (reading and writing) – many systems and reports are in English

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, admin, or a similar office role

• Good Excel skills (sorting, filters, simple formulas, basic tables)

• Fast and accurate typing in both Arabic and English

• High attention to detail – you notice small mistakes

• Organized, reliable, and able to meet daily deadlines

• High school diploma minimum; a diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage, or distribution

• Experience with an ERP or accounting system (e.g. Odoo, Zoho etc)
