About the Role

Madi International is seeking a Country Marketing Officer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
• Manage the company's social media presence and digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising, events, and PR activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Support sales teams with promotional materials, presentations, and lead-generation tools.
• Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and content strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia.
