Position: Transportation Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and handle daily transportation requests.
• Coordinate transportation operations between customers and carriers.
• Receive, assign, and follow up on transportation orders.
• Monitor shipments and truck movements from loading to final delivery.
• Ensure timely updates and effective communication with customers and carriers.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and transportation challenges.
• Prepare daily operational reports and shipment status updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in land transportation and logistics operations.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with trucking companies and transport providers.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and transportation orders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Good command of English.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
