Hikmah Group is looking for: Arbitration Tribunal Member ⚖️

Hikmah Group in Riyadh provides fully online Ad hoc arbitration services via the Tahakam platform approved by the Ministry of Justice, and we are looking for male and female arbitrators to serve as members of three-member arbitration tribunals.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law, Regulations, or Sharia.

• At least 3 years of legal experience.

• A course or diploma in arbitration, or previous participation in arbitration cases.

• Ability to study memoranda and evidence, participate in deliberations, and review draft awards in Arabic.

• Good conduct and reputation.

• Independence and impartiality, and commitment to signing a disclosure and confidentiality agreement for each case.

• Commitment to deadlines, including issuing the award within 30 days in the expedited track.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and attending remote sessions.

Preferred:

• A certificate in arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb or MCIArb), the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), or the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre.

• Previous experience as a member of an arbitration tribunal.

• Experience in a specific field, such as commercial contracts, construction, real estate, or corporate law.

• Proficiency in the English language.

What we offer:

• Fully remote work based on cases, via the Tahakam platform.

• Fees as a percentage of profits.

• Independent collaboration, not a full-time job.

• We handle the administrative aspects of the case, so the tribunal can focus on resolving the dispute.

Appointment for each case is based on its nature, and after verifying the absence of conflicts of interest.
