Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Jubail, responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations. Day-to-day tasks include receiving, checking, and organizing goods; packing materials and equipment for storage or dispatch; and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves assisting with inventory counts, replenishing stock, and ensuring items are stored safely and labeled correctly. The Warehouse Assistant may operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts (subject to certification), prepare orders for internal and external customers, and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment. Collaboration with warehouse supervisors and other team members is essential to meet operational timelines and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong packing and material handling skills, with attention to detail and safe handling practices.
• Experience in inventory control and inventory management, including stock checking and record keeping.
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar material-handling equipment, with valid certification where required.
• Customer service skills to support internal departments and external partners with timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory systems and warehouse documentation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move goods for extended periods while following safety procedures.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial operations is preferred; familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage is an advantage
• Minimum Diploma degree in the field or a related field.
