We’re Hiring | Sales Representative – Concrete & Fiberglass Pipes
T. Nagadi Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and support the growth of our Concrete and Fiberglass products across the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
Identify, approach, and secure new clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
Experience in Concrete Pipes, GRP/Fiberglass Pipes, infrastructure products, construction materials, or a related industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and product specifications.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
