Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Bus Driver role based in Riyadh, with some work-from-home tasks possible for administrative or scheduling activities. The Bus Driver is responsible for operating buses safely on designated routes, following traffic regulations, and adhering to company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, and maintaining a clean and orderly vehicle. The role also involves communicating professionally with passengers and team members, reporting any incidents or mechanical issues, and following assigned schedules to ensure on-time service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Bus and Truck Driving skills, with experience operating large vehicles safely in urban and highway environments.
• Candidates should possess Defensive Driving skills and a solid understanding of road safety, traffic laws, and risk awareness.
• Candidates should possess Driver Training experience or be willing to participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a professional, respectful demeanor toward all passengers.
• Valid and clean commercial driving license appropriate for bus operation in Riyadh.
• Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to schedules and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow route plans, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
• Basic vehicle inspection and problem-reporting skills; ability to identify potential safety issues.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by service schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience as a bus or commercial driver is an advantage.
