• Prepare legal memoranda and correspondence, and review related documents.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and legislation related to corporate activities.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience in the legal field.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent skills in drafting contracts and legal correspondence and legal analysis.
• Ability to conduct legal research and prepare reports.
