Role Description The Laser Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Laser Teacher will deliver structured lessons on laser theory, safety, and practical operation to learners with varying levels of experience. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions, demonstrating laser equipment, and monitoring learner progress. The role involves assessing performance through quizzes, practical evaluations, and feedback, while maintaining strict safety protocols and accurate training records. The Laser Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues to update training materials, align courses with industry standards, and support learners’ professional development.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Teaching and Training, with experience delivering structured instruction and practical demonstrations.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education, including curriculum development and adapting content to different learner levels.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
• Knowledge of laser technology, safety procedures, and applicable standards or regulations.
• Relevant academic background or certification in education, engineering, medical devices, or a related technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage groups in classroom and lab environments, and uphold safety and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-focused approach.
• Prior experience in technical training, clinical education, or vocational instruction is an advantage.
