Role Description The Clinical Immunologist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Makkah Region, responsible for diagnosing and managing immune-related disorders. Daily tasks include evaluating patients with suspected immunodeficiencies, autoimmune diseases, allergies, and related conditions, and interpreting immunologic and laboratory test results. The role involves collaborating with other clinicians, including allergy and oncology specialists, to develop integrated treatment plans, monitor therapy response, and adjust care as needed. The Clinical Immunologist will also contribute to protocol development, participate in case discussions, ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, and support patient education regarding immune system disorders and treatment options.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Immunology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of immune-mediated diseases.
• Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills relevant to immunologic testing, including interpretation of serologic, cellular, and molecular assays.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Allergy, including assessment, diagnostic testing, and evidence-based management of allergic conditions.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Oncology as it relates to immunology, such as immunodeficiencies associated with malignancy and immunomodulatory therapies.
• Candidates should possess Research skills to contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement projects, or practice-based research in immunology.
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization or fellowship training in Clinical Immunology or a closely related field.
• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a specialist according to local regulatory requirements in the Makkah Region.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear, professional communication skills in patient interactions and in collaboration with healthcare colleagues.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to clinic policies and guidelines.
