About the Role
Coastal Sands Contracting and Maintenance Company is looking for a Project Management Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The incumbent of this position will oversee the general supervision of project and program management activities, follow up on the development of implementation plans, and monitor workflow to ensure that set objectives are achieved within the specified timelines and allocated budgets. This role is full-time and requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of project and program plans, direct and monitor financial budget estimates, determine the necessary human, technical, and equipment requirements, and ensure their availability in a timely manner and within the estimated cost.
- Oversee the identification of project assumptions and all interdependencies with other projects or programs to ensure optimal utilization of available resources, and identify project risks and the necessary steps to avoid and resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Coordinate with the project team to review completed work and remaining stages, ensure compliance with the project scope, approved project management standards, and quality specifications, and manage change processes based on established plans.
- Coordinate and follow up on the completion of major project milestones and the project closure process, evaluate the level of project deliverables achieving their main objectives, and ensure the transfer of all related knowledge and expertise and the documentation of all project-related documents, forms, and reports.
- Oversee the preparation of periodic project progress reports, challenge and risk management reports, and reports for measuring performance indicators and project success factors, and submit relevant reports to various project stakeholders and senior management.
Experience Requirements
- Practical experience ranging from 0-1 years in the field of project management.
Work Environment
The work location for this full-time position is in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
