تعلن شركة المتميزون المتحدة الطبية عن رغبتها في استقطاب متدرب قانوني للانضمام إلى مكتبها الرئيسي في الرياض. نحن شركة سعودية رائدة في الخدمات الصحية بخبرة تتجاوز ٣٠ عاما تعمل عبر عدة خطوط خدمة تشمل النقل الإسعافي والفرق الطبية الميدانية والتغطية الطبية للفعاليات والتدريب الصحي وإدارة العيادات واستشارات اعتماد الجودة الصحية.

نبحث عن خريج قانون طموح يرى في القانون أداة لتمكين الأعمال لا لتعطيلها ويرغب في بناء خبرة عملية حقيقية في العقود والامتثال التنظيمي للقطاع الصحي ويتعامل مع الذكاء الاصطناعي وأدوات البحث الرقمية بوصفها جزءا من عمله اليومي. هذا التدريب بوابة فعلية للتوظيف إذ تتاح للمتدرب المتميز فرصة عالية للانضمام إلى الفريق بدوام كامل عند انتهاء البرنامج.

المسمى الوظيفي: متدرب قانوني نوع العمل: تدريب منته بالتوظيف هجين (حضوري وعن بعد) مدة التدريب: ٦ أشهر الموقع: الرياض المملكة العربية السعودية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• صياغة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات التجارية بما فيها عقود الخدمات الإسعافية والتشغيلية مع المنشآت الصحية والعملاء تحت إشراف الإدارة
  
• إعداد المذكرات والأبحاث القانونية في الأنظمة واللوائح السعودية ذات الصلة كنظام العمل ونظام الشركات وأنظمة وزارة الصحة والهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية
  
• متابعة التراخيص والسجلات والتصاريح النظامية للشركة وفروعها وتنبيه الإدارة قبل مواعيد انتهائها
  
• دعم إعداد ملفات المنافسات والمشتريات الحكومية (اعتماد) ومتطلباتها النظامية
  
• إعداد مسودات السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية ونماذج الحوكمة والامتثال
  
• دعم الإدارة في المسائل العمالية بالتنسيق مع إدارة الموارد البشرية كعقود العمل واللوائح الداخلية
  
• تنظيم الأرشيف القانوني الرقمي وتحديث سجل العقود والالتزامات التعاقدية
  
• متابعة المستجدات التشريعية والتنظيمية المؤثرة على القطاع الصحي ورفع ملخصات دورية بها
  
• توظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث القانوني والتلخيص والمراجعة الأولية مع التحقق الدقيق من المخرجات

About the Role

United Distinguished Medical Company (UDM) is hiring a Legal Intern to join its headquarters in Riyadh. UDM is a leading Saudi healthcare services company with 30 years of experience operating across multiple service lines: ambulance transportation on-site medical teams event medical services healthcare training clinic operations management and health quality accreditation consulting.

Were looking for an ambitious law graduate who sees law as a tool for enabling the business not slowing it down. You want real hands-on experience in commercial contracts and healthcare regulatory compliance and you treat AI and digital research tools as everyday parts of your work. This internship leads to employment: high-performing interns have a strong chance of being offered a full-time role when the program ends.

Job Title: Legal Intern Employment Type: Internship leading to employment Hybrid (on-site and remote) Duration: 6 months Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements including ambulance service and operational contracts with healthcare facilities and clients under management supervision
  
• Prepare legal memos and research on relevant Saudi laws and regulations including the Labor Law Companies Law and MOH and SCFHS regulations
  
• Track the companys licences registrations and regulatory permits across its branches and flag renewals ahead of expiry
  
• Support the preparation of government tender and procurement (Etimad) files and their regulatory requirements
  
• Draft internal policies procedures and governance and compliance templates
  
• Support management on employment matters in coordination with HR including employment contracts and internal work regulations
  
• Organise the digital legal archive and maintain the contracts and obligations register
  
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the healthcare sector and circulate periodic summaries
  
• Use AI tools for legal research summarisation and first-pass review and rigorously verify every output
  

Requirements

المؤهلات والاشتراطات:

• سعودي الجنسية
  
• العمر لا يتجاوز ٢٥ عاما
  
• بكالوريوس في القانون أو الأنظمة أو الشريعة والقانون وتخرج خلال العامين الماضيين (غير ملتحق بالدراسة حاليا)
  
• الإقامة في مدينة الرياض
  
• الجاهزية للمباشرة فورا
  
• مهارات قوية في الصياغة القانونية والبحث والتحليل
  
• إتقان التواصل كتابة وشفهيا باللغة العربية وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية
  
• إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
  
• إلمام عملي بتوظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وهندسة الأوامر (Prompt Engineering) عبر أدوات مثل Claude وChatGPT وغيرها في البحث والصياغة والتحليل
  
• الدقة والانضباط والقدرة على العمل باستقلالية في بيئة هجينة
  

صيغة التعاقد: يكون الارتباط عبر برنامج تمهير من صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية هدف لمن تنطبق عليه شروطه أو عبر عقد تدريب مباشر مع الشركة.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Saudi national
  
• Aged 25 or under
  
• Bachelors degree in Law Regulations or Sharia & Law graduated within the last two years (not currently enrolled in studies)
  
• Residing in Riyadh
  
• Available to start immediately
  
• Strong legal drafting research and analytical skills
  
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and good command of English
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  
• Hands-on familiarity with leveraging AI tools and prompt engineering through tools such as Claude ChatGPT and similar for research drafting and analysis
  
• Detail-oriented disciplined and able to work independently in a hybrid setting
  

Engagement basis: The internship is engaged through the HRDF Tamheer (تمهير) program for eligible candidates or through a direct training contract with the company.
