Overview

We are seeking to add a distinguished professional to join our operations team in Riyadh, where the job holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of distribution operations and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through the direct supervision of a team of delivery representatives and ensuring the accurate execution of daily distribution plans.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Directly supervise the performance of delivery representatives and ensure their commitment to routes and specified schedules.
• Follow up on loading and unloading processes within the warehouse and ensure shipments match the documents.
• Resolve urgent problems that representatives may face during delivery operations and ensure the safety of parcels.
• Prepare periodic reports on team performance and daily completion rates.
• Work on improving the efficiency of distribution operations and reducing waiting and delivery times.
• Ensure the team's commitment to company policies and safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
• Practical experience of no less than one year and no more than 3 years in the field of supervising distribution or delivery operations.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh city areas and vital roads.
• Proficiency in using tracking applications and basic logistics systems.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage field work teams.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills under pressure.
• Ability to plan and organize daily operations well.
• Proficiency in dealing with Office programs (especially Excel) for preparing reports.
