The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and expanding the company's client portfolio. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong business development capabilities and a proven ability to convert opportunities into sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and strategic partners.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
