Review architectural, structural, IFC, and shop drawings to determine project requirements. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project cost estimates. Develop technical and commercial quotations for construction and façade projects. Perform material, labour, equipment, and installation cost analysis. Review tender documents, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare variation orders, additional work estimates, and cost comparisons. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project execution teams. Monitor project quantities and maintain accurate estimation records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience in estimation or quantity surveying. Experience in construction, aluminium fabrication, or façade projects is preferred. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis. Familiarity with tender preparation and project costing. Knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, glazing, and ACP cladding is an advantage.
