We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales for one of our esteemed clients leading real estate developer in Riyadh to drive sales performance across its growing portfolio of residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies, annual business plans, and revenue targets across multiple projects.
• Lead sales teams, sales operations, and broker relationship management.
• Drive residential project launches in collaboration with marketing and project teams.
• Expand and manage broker and sales channel networks to maximize sales performance.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from unit reservations to contract execution and payment coordination.
• Monitor sales forecasts, inventory, pricing, CRM data, and cash-flow projections.
• Lead performance reviews, unit handovers, and after-sales customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• 16+ years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 5 years leading a developer’s sales function.
• Strong track record in residential off-plan sales and property project launches.
• Proven expertise in broker network development and management.
• Excellent knowledge of sales forecasting, pricing, inventory management, and CRM reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
