About the Role
Saudi Maintenance Company (Sayanco) is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring the application of occupational health and safety standards in all facilities, investigating incidents, and preparing necessary reports. The role requires experience ranging from two to five years in the field.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Follow up on the application of laws, regulations, and instructions related to occupational health and safety in facilities.
- Conduct periodic and emergency inspections at work sites, record results, and compare them with approved standards.
- Measure environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration using specialized devices and document the results.
- Follow up on addressing hazards resulting from environmental factors with the relevant authorities to ensure a safe work environment.
- Prepare and arrange requirements for investigating accidents and injuries, conduct necessary investigations, and accurately document findings.
- Prepare occupational health and safety instructions and procedures, safe work instructions, and evacuation instructions, and educate workers on them.
- Prepare and submit periodic and emergency work reports, and document and store them in an organized manner.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of occupational health and safety.
- Deep understanding of laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety.
- Ability to use various environmental factor measurement devices.
- Excellent skills in investigating accidents and preparing reports.
- Ability to prepare and document safety procedures and instructions.

Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The supervisor will work within a specialized team to ensure the highest safety standards in all company operations.
