Job description

Albaap Company is a service company providing electro-mechanical services working in B2C residential and B2B projects. The maintenance is performed on scheduled and on-demand requests to repair low current, electrical, HVAC or plumbing issues.

The Real-Time Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing operational activities in real-time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves overseeing team performance, making immediate decisions, and implementing strategies to optimize service delivery. Tasks are as bellow and not limited to those:

• Monitoring Operations: Continuously oversee real-time operations, including call volume, service levels, and team performance.
• Team Management: Supervise and support a team of agents or operators, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Crisis Management: Address and resolve operational issues and escalations promptly to maintain service quality.
• Reporting: Generate reports on real-time performance metrics and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., training, HR) to ensure alignment in operational goals and team development.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency.

Skills

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a real-time operational environment (e.g., call center, IT support).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for monitoring operations.
