Architectural Engineer Required

Makarim Architectural Consultancy – Jeddah

The office is in need of an Architectural Engineer to become part of the team on a full-time basis.

Qualifications and Conditions:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience.
• Experience in the Saudi market and local licensing procedures.
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Valid residency and transferable iqama.
• Proficiency in architectural design software.
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings and presentations.
• Familiarity with local building codes and licensing procedures.
• Capability to coordinate with various engineering disciplines.

1. Preparation of architectural designs and drawings.
2. Preparation and follow-up of building permit requests.
3. Addressing technical and local observations within the specialty.
4. Coordination with collaborating engineering offices.
5. Reviewing and delivering technical files to clients.
6. Monitoring projects from the start of the request until delivery.
