About the Role

Umm Al-Qura Charitable Women's Association in Makkah announces a vacancy for an Institute Director to join its team in Makkah. This role aims to oversee all administrative and educational aspects of the institute and contribute to achieving its strategic objectives. The position requires two to five years of experience in a related field and is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in developing the main objectives and strategic plans for the institute, and develop and implement plans, programs, and initiatives that contribute to achieving these goals.
• Directly supervise the planning, organization, and management of the institute's operations, and follow up on all financial and administrative processes and the disbursement of annual operational budgets.
• Ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the daily workflow with the greatest possible efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise all development initiatives and projects undertaken by the institute and monitor their implementation and progress, while ensuring optimal investment of all available resources and facilities in accordance with the policies and instructions of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom.
• Supervise the educational and pedagogical process at the institute and follow up on all issues related to students, helping to create an appropriate environment for building students' personalities, educating them, developing their abilities and talents, and instilling sound values and principles in them.
• Meet periodically with institute staff and various committees to monitor the progress of work, discuss various updates and developments, and discuss their suggestions and take appropriate actions.
• Supervise the processes of evaluating and reviewing various plans and programs and measuring their impact and effectiveness on the educational and pedagogical process at the institute, by following up on their results and effects on students' academic achievement and their social, behavioral, psychological, cognitive, health, and skill development.
• Supervise the preparation of summaries and general achievement reports regarding the institute's work, present them to the specialized higher authorities at the Ministry of Education, keep them informed of various challenges and updates, and consult them on various important future issues and initiatives related to the institute.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of institute management or education.
• Deep understanding of the policies and instructions of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage financial and administrative operations efficiently.

Work Environment

The Institute Director works full-time in an educational environment in Makkah and collaborates closely with senior management and institute staff to ensure the achievement of educational and pedagogical goals.
