Job Description – Deputy Finance Manager

• Supervise financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial variances.
• Manage cash flow and monitor expenses.
• Ensure compliance with tax and Zakat obligations.
• Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support the Finance Manager in financial planning and decision-making.
• Supervise and manage the finance team.

Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in financial management.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and Zakat requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of English is preferred.
