We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join a well-established, large-scale organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee relations activities and provide support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Handle End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), final settlements, and employee clearance procedures.
• Oversee employee business trips, travel requests, and related processes.
• Manage annual leave, sick leave, and other employee absence requests.
• Process employee transactions and HR services through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve employee-related matters in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient delivery of employee services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations within a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is essential.
• Strong practical knowledge of EOSB, final settlements, business trips, annual leave, and sick leave administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and labor regulations.
