About the Role
Compunet Connections is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Delivery Team Lead to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, fully remote / offshore contract position for a duration of 12 months, requiring immediate joining and full-time utilization across multiple projects. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities and Project Involvement
The successful candidate will be responsible for functional consulting and team leadership within Oracle HCM projects. This includes contributing to the delivery of solutions across various Oracle HCM modules and potentially managing project delivery aspects.

- Core HR and Payroll
- Self-Service functionalities
- Performance Management
- iRecruitment and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Learning Management (OLM)
- Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Talent Management
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting. Preferred experience includes:
- Team leadership and delivery management
- Oracle EBS Health Checks
- EBS upgrades and rollout projects
Work Arrangement
This is a contract position for 12 months, operating on a fully remote / offshore basis. The role requires full-time engagement from Sunday to Thursday, with an immediate start.
