About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes and deliver memorable guest experiences. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant culinary role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise the kitchen team, including line cooks, and provide support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas, ensuring they are free of cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation practices are followed.
• Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Chef de Partie or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality dishes consistently.
• Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing daily operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and storage regulations.
