About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating guest experiences with a welcoming approach.
• Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests through direct interaction or phone communication.
• Managing guest bookings, including taking, processing, and receiving payments.
• Ensuring efficient and seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
• Anticipating guest requests and offering personalized recommendations.
• Serving as a primary contact for guests, assisting with inquiries ranging from billing issues to restaurant suggestions.
