About the Role

Raya Logistic Services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior ERPNext Developer with strong expertise in Python and the Frappe Framework. This full-time role involves designing scalable solutions, optimizing ERP workflows, and supporting business-critical financial operations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and integration, along with solid exposure to financial modules and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications using Python and the Frappe Framework.
• Implement and maintain ERPNext modules, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
• Develop custom apps, scripts, reports, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, logistics, and external APIs.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
• Handle database design, migrations, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing ERPNext implementations.
• Maintain proper documentation for customizations and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience in ERPNext Finance modules (GL, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, Taxation).
• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and backend architecture.
• Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in finance and accounting.
• Experience in customizing DocTypes, Scripts, Workflows, and Reports.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP implementations within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce domains.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations with external systems (*, ERP, CRM, payment systems).
• Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) within Frappe.
• Experience with cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
