Role Overview

Asl Al-Shamal Company is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to join its team in the Eastern Province, Al-Khobar. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety standards, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as investigating incidents and preparing the necessary reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the implementation of laws, regulations, and instructions related to occupational health and safety in facilities.
• Conducting periodic and emergency inspections at work sites to ensure occupational health and safety.
• Recording inspection results and comparing them with approved standards.
• Preparing and using environmental factor measuring devices such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration.
• Documenting environmental measurement results and following up on hazard mitigation with the relevant authorities.
• Preparing requirements for incident and injury investigations, conducting investigations, and documenting the results.
• Preparing occupational health and safety instructions and procedures, safe working instructions, and evacuation instructions.
• Raising awareness among workers regarding safety instructions and procedures.
• Preparing and submitting periodic work reports, documenting, and archiving them.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety.
• A deep understanding of laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety.
• Ability to conduct inspections and investigate incidents.
• Good skills in report writing and documentation.

Work Environment

The work location is in Al-Khobar, Eastern Province, and it is a full-time role that requires presence at various work sites to ensure the application of safety standards. The salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
