About the Role

Alam Al-Muharrikat Trading Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in the Eastern Province, Al-Khobar. This role focuses on managing financial documents, tracking revenue, preparing accounting entries, and auditing bank accounts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
• Prepare, organize, and document disbursement vouchers and follow up on their auditing and approval by authorized oversight bodies.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to organizing annual final accounts.
• Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in ledgers, and audit bank accounts while preparing necessary reconciliations and monthly reconciliation statements.
• Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical advancements in the field.
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to expenses and revenues and save them in the designated database.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in the field of accounting.
• Ability to prepare and organize disbursement vouchers and follow up on revenue collection.
• Knowledge of preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions.
• Skills in auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position in the city of Al-Khobar in the Eastern Province, requiring commitment to daily, monthly, and annual accounting tasks within a specialized team.
