About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Procurement & Cost Control Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role focuses on managing procurement cost control and supplier payment activities within the Procurement & Cost Control Unit. The specialist will monitor procurement spend against approved budgets, validate supplier invoices, and ensure timely and accurate supplier payments in line with contractual terms, delegation of authority, and company policies. The position also involves providing cost and savings reporting to support financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate supplier invoices and process payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor procurement costs and ensure adherence to budget controls.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare cost and savings reports and provide support for compliance and audits.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement cost control, accounts payable, procurement finance, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, budget monitoring, cost analysis, and supplier account reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, KSA VAT regulations, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
