Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in theInvestment & Development Manager role with a holding group with diversified investments in the real estate sector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Investment Department Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and managing the existing investment portfolio, evaluating its performance, identifying new investment opportunities, and establishing strong professional relationships with investors, real estate developers, operators, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize asset value and generate sustainable financial returns.
• Manage and evaluate existing real estate and investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment objectives.
• Identify, assess, and develop new investment opportunities within the Saudi real estate market.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of underutilized land and real estate assets to determine their Highest and Best Use (HBU).
• Develop strategies to monetize underutilized assets through long-term leasing, joint ventures, development partnerships, asset sales, or other investment structures.
• Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, investment analyses, and cash flow projections to support investment decisions.
• Evaluate potential investments based on profitability, risks, market conditions, and expected returns.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with investors, real estate developers, operators, and financial institutions.
• Negotiate investment agreements, development partnerships, and commercial transactions.
• Oversee investment projects and monitor their performance to ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives.
• Prepare investment proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure investment activities comply with applicable Saudi regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, or real estate investment.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in real estate investment companies, holding companies, family offices, or asset management firms.
• Demonstrated experience in managing real estate portfolios and developing investment opportunities.
• Strong track record in evaluating and monetizing underutilized land and real estate assets.
• Practical experience in establishing partnerships with real estate developers, investors, and operators.
• Advanced knowledge of the Saudi real estate market, relevant regulations, and investment practices.
• Strong financial modeling, feasibility study, and investment analysis capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal execution skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Established professional network within the real estate investment and development sectors.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
