Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in accordance with the school curriculum and learning objectives.

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes good behaviour, mutual respect and effective learning.

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing timely feedback and maintaining accurate records of attainment and development.

• Differentiate instruction and resources to support pupils with diverse learning needs and abilities.

• Communicate regularly with parents and carers about pupil progress, achievements and areas for development.

• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to develop curriculum plans, school initiatives and assessment practices.

• Organise and supervise classroom activities, school events and educational trips as required.

• Use information and communication technology to enhance teaching and learning where appropriate.

• Uphold safeguarding policies and contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment for all pupils.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Primary Education or a related subject from a recognised institution.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent professional teaching qualification is preferred.

• Previous classroom experience teaching primary-aged pupils, demonstrating effective lesson planning and classroom management.

• Strong understanding of assessment for learning and progress tracking.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pupils, parents and colleagues.

• Commitment to continued professional development and collaborative working.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential.
