Role Description The Insurance Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at Premium Care Medical Center in the Tabuk Region. The Insurance Officer is responsible for verifying patients’ insurance coverage, processing claims, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with applicable insurance policies and regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with insurance providers, explaining coverage and benefits to patients, and resolving claim discrepancies or denials. The role involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure proper billing, coding, and financial reconciliation of insurance-related transactions. The Insurance Officer will also support reporting and analysis of insurance performance metrics and contribute to improving processes that enhance patient experience and revenue integrity.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance processes, policy interpretation, and healthcare claims management.
• Analytical Skills to review claims, identify discrepancies, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Basic to intermediate Finance skills for billing, reconciliation, and understanding of healthcare revenue cycles.
• Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with patients and insurance representatives and manage inquiries professionally.
• Sales awareness for promoting appropriate services to corporate clients and supporting contract renewals or upgrades.
• Relevant experience in medical insurance, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using clinic management systems and standard office software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
