Role Overview
******* is seeking a Certification Body Operations Expert to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on leveraging practical industry knowledge and operational expertise to enhance the CABflo product and support its Certification Body clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Certification Body management and accreditation operations, with a deep understanding of the certification lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide industry expertise on Certification Body operations and management.
- Support CABflo's product development by identifying practical operational requirements.
- Assist in demonstrating CABflo's capabilities to Certification Body owners and senior management.
- Help identify opportunities to improve client management, audit scheduling, auditor competency, DCR, finance, and accreditation workflows.
- Engage with Certification Bodies to understand their operational challenges and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Support business development and strategic partnerships within the certification industry.
- Contribute to CABflo's international expansion and industry positioning.
- Provide feedback on software features to ensure alignment with real Certification Body practices.
- Help build long-term relationships with Certification Bodies, accreditation professionals, and industry stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional, such as a Certification Body Owner, Director, or senior certification professional, who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the operational challenges faced by Certification Bodies. Practical industry knowledge and operational expertise are essential for this role.
Required Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in Certification Body management and accreditation operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of the certification lifecycle.
- Experience managing or operating an ISO Certification Body is preferred.
Work Arrangement
This is a part-time position based in Saudi Arabia. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
