About the Role
Al-Rabt International for Commercial Services is looking for a Public Relations Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role aims to review and develop public relations policies, prepare and execute communication plans, and enhance the organization's image among the public and target sectors such as banks, shipping lines, and government entities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Study and review the organization's current public relations policy, evaluate its impact, and propose ways to develop and improve it.
- Establish and build effective communication channels with internal and external clients and partners to enhance the organization's image, reputation, and operational efficiency.
- Follow up on all necessary preparations and arrangements for receiving official delegations and VIPs, and secure their needs during their visit.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding transportation schedules and organize field tours to introduce visitors to the organization and its activities.
- Build professional and constructive working relationships with external entities, institutions, and their subsidiaries, and continuously evaluate the impact of these relationships.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports related to public relations, provide appropriate recommendations and solutions, present and explain them, and archive them in the designated database according to approved policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in public relations or an equivalent field.
- Ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with various parties.
Work Environment
This role is a full-time position within a team in Dammam, Eastern Province, offering a supportive work environment that contributes to professional skill development.
