About the Role
Hilton is seeking an Accounting Supervisor AP/AR to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing the accurate maintenance of all receivables from various sources, including guests, tenants, concessionaires, credit card companies, online transactions, and employees. The Accounting Supervisor contributes to financial accuracy and operational efficiency within the hotel team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguard signed cheques in the Financial Controller's safe and maintain a detailed log.
- Verify invoice backups for accuracy before distribution.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all receivables.
- Ensure all charges and account statements are correct and submitted on time for guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.
Required Qualifications and Experience
