About the Role

Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and checkups of all production machines and equipment in both sterile and non-sterile environments.
• Troubleshoot defective machines utilized by the production department.
• Ensure all routine maintenance activities align with company operating policies and procedures.
• Execute preventive maintenance and corrective actions as per the schedule and SOP frequency to prevent major equipment and machine breakdowns.
• Respond to breakdown notifications, rectify problems, and perform other related duties as required.
• Report daily to the superior on all activities and issues.

Safety, Quality, and Environment

• Enforce all engineering activities safety policies and conduct routine safety audits.
• Ensure the implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Implement the company’s environmental and waste management guidelines.
• Ensure safety permitting for all internal and external resources.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or a similar field. A strong understanding of machine operation and troubleshooting is essential for this role.

Working Conditions

This is a site-based role within a manufacturing environment. The position involves potential exposure to various physical risks, including:

• Overpressure/fluids under pressure

• Fall/slip/trip hazards
