Dar Jana International Schools is seeking a Kindergarten Academic Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with opportunities available in both Jeddah and Makkah.
Role Overview
The Kindergarten Academic Coordinator provides leadership, oversight, and support for all academic affairs within the preschool department. This role is central to ensuring the quality and effectiveness of instructional programs and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising, coaching, and evaluating teachers within the preschool department.
- Developing and refining the curriculum, ensuring alignment with the PYP framework.
- Utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs and inform improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in academic coordination or a similar role.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with the company operating in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within an educational setting focused on early childhood development.
