About The Aidens

The Aidens is seeking a passionate and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an individual who can provide a safe and stimulating learning environment, fostering children's skills, independence, and self-confidence. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 4,000 SAR, requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly educational plans suitable for children's age groups and developmental stages.
• Design and execute educational and interactive activities that enhance linguistic, cognitive, motor, social, and emotional skills.
• Teach children the basics of letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and fundamental concepts using innovative and engaging methods.
• Apply learning strategies through play, sensory, and exploratory activities.
• Prepare artistic, creative activities, stories, and educational games to develop imagination and critical thinking.
• Monitor and evaluate each child's academic, behavioral, and developmental progress, preparing regular reports.
• Consider individual differences among children and adapt educational activities according to their needs and abilities.
• Manage the classroom and organize daily routines, including learning, play, meals, and rest times.
• Promote positive behaviors and teach children communication, cooperation, sharing, and respect for others.
• Develop children's self-reliance and independence appropriate for their age.
• Provide a safe, clean, organized, and attractive classroom environment for learning.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and continuously supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Prepare and set up educational materials, displays, seasonal activities, and various events.
• Communicate effectively with parents, sharing their children's progress and daily observations.
• Collaborate with center management and the educational team to ensure the quality of the educational process and achieve pedagogical goals.
• Participate in educational meetings, training programs, events, and activities organized by the center.
• Document educational activities and maintain attendance records, reports, and other required documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Academic qualification in Kindergarten Education, Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching kindergarten or nursery children.
• Good knowledge of child development stages and their educational and behavioral needs.
• Ability to prepare educational plans and activities suitable for different age groups.
• Excellent skills in classroom management and positive interaction with children.
• Creativity and innovation in designing activities and educational materials.
• Effective communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, responsibility, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
• Commitment to the center's approved schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Nationality: Saudi, wife of a citizen, or daughter of a citizen.

Work Location

The position is based in Jeddah, Al-Marjan District.
