The Role: Dental Operations Officer
The Dental Operations Officer is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the daily oversight of dental services, ensuring efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient care, and adherence to both clinical and administrative standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for all dental services.
- Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics related to dental operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets and implement cost controls within dental operations.
- Implement process improvements that align with organizational goals and standards.
- Maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders.
- Support various training initiatives for dental staff.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational policies and procedures.
Work Environment
This is an on-site, full-time role within Remain Medical Group's facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The officer will work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of dental care and operational excellence.
