About the Role
Shatha Hassan Al-Harthi Interior Design Establishment is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Taif, Makkah Province. This role focuses on managing financial documents, tracking revenue, preparing accounting entries, and auditing bank accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial requirements.
- Prepare, organize, and document disbursement vouchers, and follow up on their audit and approval by authorized oversight bodies.
- Monitor current and capital expenditures based on the monthly financial position of budget items.
- Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing final annual accounts.
- Prepare accounting entries and record financial transactions in ledgers, audit bank accounts, and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly matching statements.
- Develop accounting methods and procedures and keep pace with scientific and technical developments in this field.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports in the field of expense and revenue accounting and save them in the designated database.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
- Ability to prepare and organize financial documents accurately.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Analytical skills to document and analyze revenues and expenses.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position in the city of Taif, Makkah Province. The accountant will work within the establishment's team to support financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Role Summary
The accountant is comprehensively responsible for accounting aspects, from auditing financial claims to preparing final reports. The role aims to enhance the financial efficiency of the establishment through the application of best accounting practices.
