Job Announcement – Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineer)

The company announces its desire to attract a highly competent Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineer) with distinguished experience in managing and executing construction and commercial projects to work on an integrated commercial building project.

Work Location: Madinah

Project Details

• Commercial building consisting of 9 floors.
• 2 basements.
• Project area exceeds 2,100 square meters.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage the project and supervise all execution phases according to approved plans and specifications.
• Follow up on construction, architectural, and finishing works.
• Prepare and monitor the project schedule and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Supervise contractors and consultants and monitor the quality of works.
• Monitor costs and budget and prepare periodic reports on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and address technical and executive challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering specialization.
• Proven practical experience in managing and executing multi-story commercial building projects of no less than 10 years.
• Preference for candidates with experience in similar projects involving multiple floors and basements.
• Ability to manage work teams and contractors with high efficiency.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and time and cost management.
• Familiarity with engineering plans, technical specifications, and relevant project management software.
• Ability to take responsibility and make technical and executive decisions.
